Protein from whey is well known for its high biological value and other healthy features. It has a complete amino acid profile, is high in BCAAs, which stimulate protein synthesis, and is of great importance for the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, as well as for keeping your bones healthy.

Add 2½ scoops (30 g) to 150 mL of water or milk in a shaker, and give it a good shake.

I use the Bonbon flavour for making cream of rice paired with Prozis Instant Rice Flour. It for sure is the best hazelnut flavoured protein powder I’ve had so far. There’s little pieces of hazelnut in there as well. 100% recommend!

They're great; if other protein powders tend to upset your stomach, these are ideal. They taste just like Ferrero Rocher. However, if you're particular about textures... these have small pieces of hazelnut.

This protein is really good. I was skeptical about taking it in plain water, but I was surprised. Aside from a few lumps (which is normal if you don't use a shaker and water at normal temperature), the flavor was delicious. I'm really happy I bought it. My only regret is the price, because I would have bought more.
