Instructions: Add 2 level scoops (80g) of powder to 45mL of water and mix until you obtain a homogeneous batter. Microwave it for about 2 minutes at 800W. Wait a few seconds before taking the Mug Cake from the microwave to make sure it doesn’t sink. Consume 45-60 minutes before working out. Scoop inside container.

I was looking for an alternative to the classic pancakes, I must say that I was pleasantly satisfied both with the taste and the practicality, in fact with the addition of water it really only takes a few seconds to get to the desired consistency. It took me just a little while to understand the times with the microwave because it varies according to the model, power etc. Anyway I am very satisfied
