The sachet isn't very practical, but I imagine a jar would increase the price too much? 400g is a good size, but a larger one would be great too. The texture is super smooth; you can see that the peanuts have been ground into a powder with their skins, but it's definitely 100% peanuts with no additives. It easily adds a peanut flavor to what you eat because it mixes much more easily than regular peanut butter, and it also has less fat and therefore fewer calories. As for the remaining fat, Prozis indicates that it comes from Runner peanuts, which are high in oleic acid (the main source of dietary Omega-9, a monounsaturated fatty acid). The powder is also easier to portion than regular peanut butter when you're watching your calorie intake. It sometimes feels "powdery" depending on how you use it and the taste is less indulgent than classic butter, but I'm still a huge fan and I've bought it again.

I bought this product because I'm obsessed with peanut butter, but I needed a less "greasy" alternative. I have to say that it's good, it has a slightly more delicate taste than normal peanut butter but I recommend it!
