Easy Oatmeal

• ½ cup Prozis Oat Flakes

• ⅔ cup milk or water

Mix the ingredients and cook them over medium heat for about 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thick and creamy. Add fruit or honey to taste, and sprinkle some seeds on top for extra texture and flair.

Banana, Peanut & Oat Cookies

• 1 ripe banana, mashed

• 1 tbsp honey, agave, or date syrup

• 2 tbsp peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)

• 1½ cups Prozis Oat Flakes (small or large)

• ½ tsp salt (optional)

• Cinnamon and/or chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat your oven to 180°C. In a medium bowl, mix the mashed banana, peanut butter, syrup, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in the oat flakes and mix until the dough comes together. If desired, add the chocolate chips. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop the dough into small balls, place them on the baking sheet, and flatten them gently using clean hands or the back of a spoon. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until lightly golden. Allow them to cool before serving.

Mushroom and Oat Soup

• 200 g dried mushrooms

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 2 garlic cloves, crushed

• 1 onion, chopped

• 2 carrots, chopped

• 1 leek, sliced

• ½ cup Prozis Oat Flakes

• 2½ cup vegetable broth

• 1 pinch of chives

• Salt and pepper to taste

Place the mushrooms in a small saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and let soak for 15 minutes. Drain and slice the mushrooms and set aside. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, carrots, and leek, and sauté for about 3 minutes. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour in the vegetable broth, add the oat flakes, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer over medium-low heat for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with chives.

Oaty Apple Crumble

• 2 small apples, unpeeled and diced

• Juice of ½ small lemon

• 1 pinch of cinnamon

• 3 tbsp Prozis Oat Flakes

• 1 tbsp almond flour

• 1 tbsp ghee

• 1 tbsp coconut oil

• 1 tbsp honey or 1 sachet of powdered sweetener

• 1 tbsp coconut sugar

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a small oven-safe dish, combine the apples, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Mix and set aside. In a separate bowl, crudely mix the oat flakes, almond flour, ghee, coconut oil, sweetener, and coconut sugar. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the apple base. Bake for about 35 minutes, or until golden and bubbling. Best served warm—optionally with a spoonful of Greek yogurt or a drizzle of almond butter.

Very practical

This is an absolute favourite to my pancakes recipe. They are really small and allow me to add flavours as I please. Is a great option and better one compared with the supermarket ones

Good option

We always used oats from other supermarkets, but when we tried this one, we loved it. It's very smooth and the flakes are soft. Highly recommended for porridge.

Not very tasty but they are natural oat flakes, it's normal that they don't taste of anything :D but I use them for overnight porridge, they are the best
