Ingredients

L-Citrulline Malate, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide) .

May contain traces of milk, soya, egg and gluten.

Recommended Daily Portion: Take 1 to 2 servings a day, preferably 60 minutes before training. Instructions: To prepare 1 serving, add 3 scoops (2g) of powder to 250-350mL of water. Scoop inside container.

Buen pump y rendimiento en el entrenamiento

La L-Citrulline Malate es un excelente complemento para antes de entrenar. Se nota bastante en el “pump” muscular y en la resistencia durante las sesiones, especialmente en entrenamientos de fuerza o hipertrofia. La disolución es buena y la textura también, no deja grumos si se mezcla bien. El sabor puede ser un poco ácido, pero es normal en este tipo de productos y no resulta molesto. No hace magia por sí sola, pero combinada con una buena rutina y alimentación sí marca diferencia en el rendimiento. En general, lo recomiendo para quienes buscan mejorar su desempeño en el gym.
