Pancakes
25 g Instant Rice Flour
25 g Instant Oats
1 large egg
1/2 tbsp Coconut Oil
Mix all the ingredients together until you obtain a homogeneous batter. Pour it into a skillet over medium heat. Cook the pancakes until amazingly golden!
Protein Smoothie
30 g Instant Rice Flour
10 g 100% Real Whey Protein
250 mL milk
1 banana
Blend all the ingredients together until you get an incredibly nutritious smoothie.
Rice Muffins (makes 2)
30 g Instant Rice Flour
45 g flour
1 tbsp soft butter
3 g yeast
1 egg
25 mL milk
Mix all the ingredients together and whisk until you get a light and fluffy cake batter. Add paper liners to your muffin pans and pour in the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 18 minutes.
Insert a wooden toothpick near the center of the mufffins. If it comes out clean, your delicious muffins are done!

I love this product. After 10+ years this has managed to replace my quark bowl breakfast. I never expected I’d find another breakfast I would crave every single day but this is it for me. I like rice porridge way better than oatmeal, even the version made with oat flour. The texture of this rice porridge is just amazing, very silky without any lumps. I always get the unflavoured one so I can mix it with whatever flavour of protein powder I feel like. I’ll be buying this forever.
