Recommended Daily Serving Take up to 4 servings a day. Instructions: To prepare one serving, microwave 150mL of water for 50 seconds at 800W until it reaches 60-70°C. Do not allow the water to boil! Add 1 heaping scoop (35g) of powder and stir with a spoon until all lumps have been dissolved. Do not heat up the prepared product in the microwave. Scoop inside container.

White Chocolate vs. Biscuit

I decided to try both, and to my surprise, White Chocolate wins. The chemical note of protein powder that biscuits can have is decidedly less noticeable in white chocolate. Plus, it's also sweeter. I really liked it; it's perfect for so many recipes, not just hot chocolate.

White chocolate

A great alternative to a typical whey protein shake, but you can enjoy it hot in winter. It doesn't have the same texture as a classic hot chocolate, but it definitely satisfies your craving, and it uses much healthier ingredients.
