HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE-HAZELNUT SPREAD

Ingredients:

100 g milk chocolate

100 g dark chocolate

250 g Prozis Hazelnut Paste

20 g sunflower oil

Pinch of salt

Preparation:

Melt the chocolates in a water bath. Then, add the Prozis Hazelnut Paste, the sunflower oil and a pinch of salt. Stir until homogeneous and refrigerate.

CAKE AND PANCAKE TOPPING

Ingredients:

130 g sugar

100 g Prozis Hazelnut Paste

200 g cooking chocolate

200 g butter

100 g milk

Preparation:

Start by melting the chocolate and the butter in a water bath. Then, add the sugar and the milk. Finally, add the Prozis Hazelnut Paste to the mixture. Stir until homogeneous and it's ready!

Love it

I love the taste of roasted hazelnuts. Delicious on a warm bowl of oatmeal or roasted bread. Probably will also be delicious in a energieball or a homemade muffin.

It's not the classic hazelnut cream

The flavor is that of authentic hazelnut, not sugary, it is delicious but you have to like it since it is almost the same as that of dried fruit eaten naturally.
