This is my first time ordering this product and taking glutamine. I decided to try it after reading many positive reviews about its effects. After a month of use and having finished the box, I can tell you it's very effective. Having often experienced bloating and difficulty going to the bathroom despite eating a healthy diet, I feel like my stomach is much flatter, even at the end of the day. I also go to the bathroom more frequently. It has a very pleasant lemon flavor. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach with ice-cold water. It dissolves easily without any lumps. I highly recommend it!
