Chocolate cake recipe
Ingredients
4 eggs
120 g Prozis Erythritol & Stevia Sweetener
190 g spelt flour
50 g oatmeal
200 g chocolate
80 g oil
290 mL milk or vegetable drink
10 g baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
1. Melt 100 g of chocolate with the oil and set aside.
2. Heat up 240 mL of milk or vegetable drink and set aside.
3. Mix the eggs with the Prozis Erythritol & Stevia Sweetener until it doubles in size.
4. Add the melted chocolate and mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
5. Add the cinnamon and gradually mix in the sifted flour, the baking powder, and 240 mL of milk or vegetable drink using a whisk.
6. Pour the mixture into a pan, previously greased and floured or lined with parchment paper.
7. Place it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes – check if it's ready using a toothpick.
8. Allow it to cool down and then take it out of the pan.
9. Melt the remaining chocolate along with 50 mL of milk and cover the cake with it.

Low-Carb Brigadeiro
Ingredients
200 g pasteurized cream
100 g cocoa powder
1 tsp Prozis Erythritol & Stevia Sweetener
1 tbsp butter
Preparation
1. Place all the ingredients in a pan.
2. Mix them all together and stir it over low heat until you get the 'brigadeiro' cooking point.
3. Shape the mixture into little balls and let them cool down a bit before serving.
4. Decorate with your favorite topping.

Love this product!
Such great alternative to get some sweetness in. One of the only substitutes that has the same texture as sugar. Love it in my oats, or (lower kcal) cakes!

Excellent blend of sweeteners. I've used it to make leavened cakes. You only need a small amount, and it has a powerful sweetening effect. The stevia flavor is there, but not overpowering. I find it to be an excellent product.
