Surprisingly good.

I have to say, this product has pleasantly surprised me. It has a powerful coconut flavor, perfect for adding to water or plant-based milk, like almond milk. I've used it to make coconut ice cream, and it also mixes well with yogurt. It's a lower-fat alternative to canned coconut milk.
