The only reported side effect is paresthesia (a tingling sensation), although studies indicate this can be attenuated by using divided, lower doses or using a sustained-release formula.

Beta Alanine + Androjack

I don't know if it's one or the other, or a combination of both, but the truth is that without dieting I've lost 1-2 kg per week, my workouts are much more intense (the circuit I used to do for an hour now takes 45 minutes), I recover better (I don't have as much muscle soreness the days after training), and I progress better (I increase the weight I lift in each exercise roughly every 15 days). What else can I say? Well, I'll be doing it again this month...

Excellent beta alanine

I've been using it for a month, to be honest, you can feel it quite a bit... I recommend using these doses: 4 in the morning, 4 half an hour before going to the gym, and then 4 after training to replenish your reserves. On off days, only in the morning and before dinner. For a month, you should then lower the dose to 3 caps. Then you really feel the strength effects... Highly recommended.
