First use
This is the first time I've taken magnesium. I started with just one capsule for the first four days, but I didn't notice any real effect. I then increased to the recommended dose of two capsules, and the difference is clear: I sleep much better and wake up feeling great. I often had trouble falling asleep and would wake up during the night, even after getting ready for bed. With magnesium, my sleep has really improved. I'm currently on my ninth day of taking it and I'm very satisfied. I'll finish the month and see if I can do without it; otherwise, I'll place another order. I recommend it.
