Ingredients

WHEY Protein Isolate (92%) (contains Emulsifier (Lecithins)), Sprinkles (Sugar, Coconut Fat, Water, Glucose Syrup, Beetroot, Safflower and Spirulina Concentrate, Colours (Curcumin, Anthocyanins, Carotenes), Natural Flavouring, Glazing agent (Carnauba Wax)), Flavourings, Sweeteners (Acesulfame K, Sucralose) .

May contain traces of soya, egg and gluten.

Instructions: Take up to 4 servings a day. To prepare 1 serving, add 2 scoops (25g) of powder to 250mL of water. Adjust the amount of liquid to achieve desired flavour and consistency. For an intense flavour, add 200-250mL of water. For a milder flavour, add 250-300mL of water. Shake for about 5 seconds. Scoop inside container.

With sweeteners. This product should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store tightly sealed in the original packaging in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.

Excellent whey protein, I highly recommend it! I've been using this whey for about a month and I'm really happy with it. The powder mixes easily, without lumps, whether with water or milk. The taste (chocolate in my case) is pleasant and not too sweet, which is a real plus. As for results, I've noticed better recovery after my workouts and less muscle soreness.
