Baked Oatmeal with Dehydrated Apples
- 3 cups Prozis Oat Flakes
- ½ cup brown or coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup milk or vegetable drink of your choice

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Add the wet ingredients in a bowl. Whisk them well, while slowly adding the dry ingredients. Lastly, stir in the Crunchy Green Apple Slices.
Pour the mixture into a greased oven tray. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the top is nice and golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
