What are ProzisPoints?
ProzisPoints are points that the customer may earn when purchasing certain products from PROZIS on this online store. The awarded points may vary in accordance with the promotional campaigns launched by PROZIS, the terms, frequency and duration of which shall be determined at its sole discretion.


How can I tell how many ProzisPoints I can earn with each product?
The amount of ProzisPoints that can be earned when purchasing certain products is displayed on the product own page, placed on the right side of the image, next to the price. Since the number of points may vary at any time, the amount of points to be awarded per unit of such product shall be the one that is displayed by the time the purchase is successfully completed.


How can I exchange redeem my ProzisPoints?
When accessing the product page, you may check if a certain product is included in a promotional campaign under which such product can be acquired by means of the redemption of ProzisPoints. Should that be the case, but if the customer does not have enough ProzisPoint, the customer should check if adding more products to the Shopping Cart will result in the accumulation of the number of ProzisPoints that are required for that operation, as the amount of ProzisPoints to be awarded in such order may be immediately used for obtaining other products by means of redemption of the same.


Do ProzisPoints have an expiration date?
As a rule, ProzisPoints are valid for 12 months from the date of order completion.
However, promotional campaigns with more favourable conditions may be launched, to which customers may adhere to when completing an order under such terms.


How can I confirm that products obtained by means of the redemption of ProzisPoints will be shipped with the rest of my order?
The products that the customer wishes to obtain by means of the redemption of ProzisPoints will be listed on the Shopping Cart alongside the remaining products that the customer intends to purchase.
Under normal conditions, the products displayed on the Shopping Cart should be available for immediate shipment.
In the unlikely event of a stockout situation, taking place between the time of order confirmation and actual payment, the Customer Service Department will contact the customer to confirm the will to proceed with the order, since one or more products may no longer be available.


What is the advantage of accumulating ProzisPoints?
Customers can choose to accumulate ProzisPoints until the number of points necessary to redeem for the product they wish to obtain by redeeming ProzisPoints on a later order is reached. It must be borne in mind that any future exchange of ProzisPoints will always depend on the purchase of a minimum of one (1) product, since an order will only be accepted if it contains at least one (1) purchased product.


How can I earn more ProzisPoints?
Customers can earn more ProzisPoints by commenting on the products previously acquired. For this purpose, the customer must write a brief comment about the product, alluding to its characteristics or quality, and then select the option Send, which will represent the explicit, informed, and current consent to the possible publication of the comment, although such consent may be withdrawn at anytime. Thus, if the comment is found to be in compliance with the guidelines in force, it will most likely be approved and published on the website, for a period of time determined exclusively by Prozis. The customer will receive 15 ProzisPoints for each approved comment.
There may also be launched promotional campaigns under which opting for a certain means of payment and/or delivery method will allow the customer to earn an aditional amount of ProzisPoints. Likewise, the applicable terms and conditions will be displayed before the last stage of the ordering procedure so that the customer can make an informed decision.


Where can I see detailed information about my ProzisPoints?
The accumulated ProzisPoints and redemption history can be checked on the customer’s account. For that purpose, the customer should log in the webstore, access the personal area and view the transaction history on the "ProzisPoints" tab.


The amount of ProzisPoints rewarded and/or redeemed on a particular order is not registered in the ProzisPoints history. What happened?
This can happen for one of the following reasons:

  • The order has been cancelled before being shipped: as a consequence, the history record has been updated accordingly;
  • The order was not delivered and promptly returned to PROZIS: ProzisPoints rewarded and redeemed in that order were cancelled as soon as the order reached our premises and the history record has been updated accordingly;
  • The customer has returned one or more products purchased in that order: once the return has been processed, ProzisPoints rewarded for the purchased of the returned products have been withdrawn and the history record has been updated accordingly;
  • The customer has received one or more damaged products: after the validation of the complaint by the Customer Service Department, the history record has been updated accordingly;
  • The customer did not receive one or more products from the order or at least one of the products is defective: after the validation of the complaint by the Customer Service Department, the history record has been updated accordingly;
  • A technical error occurred whicho will be corrected as soon as possible.

Can I exchange or return products obtained by redemption of ProzisPoints?
As a rule, PROZIS does not accept exchanges or returns for products obtained via the redemption of ProzisPoints. Requests for evaluation of specific situations must be addressed, in advance, to the Customer Service Department, as they may not be attended to after the shipment of the order.
