Made solely from rice grains, one 30 g serving of Prozis 100% Rice Protein, vanilla flavor, contains 24 g of protein, 0.2 g of carbs, 0 g of sugars, and 0.7 g of saturated fat. Besides, it's highly bioavailable, very easy to digest and rich in branched-chain amino acids, also known as BCAAs, which include Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine.

How to prepare

Add 1 sachet (30 g) to 350 mL of water or vegetable drink of your choice in a shaker and shake well.

Should you prefer a creamier consistency, add the same amount to a bowl and gradually add 30 mL of water or vegetable drink, stirring vigorously.

Vanilla Porridge

  • Ingredients
  • 1 sachet Prozis 100% Rice Protein, vanilla flavor
  • 1 cup oat flakes
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped almonds
  • ½ fruit to taste (sliced)
  • Honey to taste

Pour the oats and water into a saucepan, bring to a boil, and then simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes. Let the porridge cool down before stirring in the almond milk and rice protein powder. Top it with almonds, fruit and honey, and your protein porridge is deliciously ready to go!
