The term Julienne actually refers to the way vegetables are cut, rather than to the ingredient composition. That means pretty much any vegetable can be used in this soup, as long as it’s cut the right way: our Julienne soup contains carrot, potato, parsnip, leek, onion, cabbage, celery and parsley, a mixture that guarantees a tasty pick-me-up.

It may vary per product, and dehydrated soups may even require a bit of cooking time, but you’ll still be surprised how effortlessly and quickly you’ll put food on the table, all flavorsome and ready to eat!

Ingredients
Carrot (34%), Potato (33%), Parsnip (14%), Leek (7%), Onion (7%), Cabbage (4%), Celery, Parsley.
Preparation Suggestion: PER PORTION (shake the package beforehand to obtain a homogeneous mix). 1. Place 2 tablespoons of vegetables (12.5g) in a saucepan. 2. Add 0.5L of water, 2g of salt (or to taste) and a tablespoon of oil. 3. When it starts to boil, let it cook at medium heat for 20–25 minutes. To cook the entire package, use 3l of water and 16g of salt (or to taste). The contents of the package serve approximately 8 people.
