D3-vitamin er nu blevet en del af mit tilskudsprogram, uanset om jeg dyrker sport eller ej. Jeg synes, det er fantastisk, meget let at synke og har ingen ubehag. Jeg havde en ret alvorlig D-vitaminmangel. De seneste blodprøver taler tydeligt; mine niveauer er vendt tilbage til det normale. Det er især fremragende om vinteren, hvor man måske kun har lidt soleksponering.
