Bake the classic from the original

Filling:

• 400 g low-fat cream cheese

• 3 plain yogurts

• Juice of 1 lemon

• 2 tbsps sweetener powder

• Vanilla essence

• 6 gelatin leaves

Crust:

• 250 g Belgian Cookie

• Plant-based milk

Topping:

• Prozis Zero Raspberry Syrup

Crust: Crush the cookies, add 4 tablespoons of the plant-based milk of your choice, and mix until you get a compact dough. Press the mixture into a pan and refrigerate while you prepare the filling.

Filling: In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, yogurts, vanilla essence, and sweetener, blending until smooth. Soak the gelatin in a mixture of water and lemon juice, then add it to the prepared cream cheese mixture. Stir well until fully combined. Remove the pan with the crust from the fridge, pierce a few holes in it with a fork, and pour in the filling. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Topping: Once the cheesecake is set and chilled, spread the syrup on top before serving.

Perfekt at tage med overalt. Jeg nyder den dyppet i en varm drik til morgenmad, og jeg kan også godt lide den i yoghurt som snack. Vaniljesmagen er diskret, men alligevel dejlig. Størrelsen er lige tilpas – hverken for lille eller for stor.
