Only a small percentage of carefully selected high-caliber whole peanuts are chosen for our products, lending an exceptionally pleasant flavor to every bite.

But they’re so much more than just delicious. High-oleic Runner peanuts contain 70–80% (of total fat) of oleic acid and about 47% more valuable monounsaturated fats than regular peanuts¹. Low-Carb Cupcake:

Ingredients:

¾ cup almond flour

5 tbsps crushed nuts

3 eggs

4 tbsps Greek yogurt

1 tsp vanilla extract

Half a cup powdered sweetener (erythritol or xylitol)

1 tbsp baking powder

Peanut butter cream topping:

80 g traditional cream cheese

Half a cup Peanut Butter

2 tbsps coconut oil

2 tbsps powdered sweetener (erythritol or xylitol)

2 tbsps milk (of your choice)

Preparation:

In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients: the almond flour, the crushed nuts, and the powdered sweetener. Add the eggs, the yogurt, and the vanilla extract, and mix. Add the baking powder and stir until homogeneous. Place cupcake papers in metal molds and distribute the batter among the cups, filling them just over halfway. Bake the cupcakes in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 25 minutes.

Peanut Butter Cream:

Mix everything using an electric mixer or a whisk, and use the mixture as cupcake topping.

Excellent beurre de cacahouète.

Texture naturelle et goût authentique, sans excès de sucre ou d’ingrédients inutiles. Parfait aussi bien dans un porridge, avec des bananes, sur des tartines ou directement à la cuillère. Le format 1 kg est super rentable quand on en consomme régulièrement, surtout pour le sport ou pour augmenter facilement ses calories et protéines. Bonne consistance, se mélange bien même après séparation naturelle de l’huile. Produit simple, efficace et clean. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
