1. Place 40 g of Gluten-Free Instant Oats Powder in a microwave-safe bowl.

2. Add 135 mL of hot water or milk, and stir.

3. Let it stand for 2–3 minutes.

4. Serve with chocolate chips, nuts, or another topping of your choice.

Note: Adjust the amount of liquid to achieve your desired consistency.

Gluten-Free Frying Pan Cookie Recipe

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Gluten-Free Instant Oats
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp sweetener (optional)
  • A few Yummy Drops (vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp 70% dark chocolate chips
  • 3 minced hazelnuts

    • Mix all the ingredients together, but save the chocolate and the hazelnuts for toppings. Place the dough in a small pan and sprinkle the toppings over it. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, flip, press slightly, then cook for another 2 minutes. Quick, wholesome, and ready in no time!
