Hazel Choco Pie

Cookie Pie Crust

Crush 10 Double Creamy Protein Cookies to a fine crumb and mix with 130 g of unsalted butter. Press the mix into a springform pan. Bake in the oven at medium heat for 15 minutes.

Chocolate Cream

Melt 200 g of chocolate (70% cocoa) and mix with 100 g of cream. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Take it out of the fridge and whisk it vigorously until it loses its luster.

• Pour the mixture over the base of the pie and decorate as you like.

• Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve!
