Substitute for Honey!
The recipe calls for honey, but you’re looking for a vegan alternative? Agave will substitute honey in equal measure! This all-natural sweetener dissolves much more easily in liquid and will satisfy your sweet tooth just the same!
You can also use agave instead of sugar in baked goods. Bear in mind that agave is sweeter than table sugar, so use slightly less: two thirds of a cup of agave for each cup of sugar. Also, reduce the liquid in the recipe by one quarter of a cup to keep it on point.
