Recommended Daily Serving Take up to 3 servings per day. Instructions: To prepare one serving, add one and a half (1 1/2) scoops (33g) of powder to 180–200mL of water or any beverage you prefer. Vary the amount of water to achieve the desired flavour and sweetness. Scoop inside container.
