Recommended Daily Portion: Take 1 to 2 servings of this slow-release protein a day, preferably in the morning or at bedtime. Instructions: To prepare 1 serving, add 3 level scoops (30g) of powder to 250-350mL of water or any beverage you prefer. Vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired flavour and consistency. For an intense flavour, add 225-250 ml of water. For a mild flavour, add 300-350 ml of water. Shake well for about 5 seconds. Scoop inside container.
