Ingredients

1000 g

Gluten-Free Vegan Cookie Premix

260 g

Vegetable margarine

(preferably white, butter-flavored, and coloring-free.)

150 g

Chocolate chips

(baking-resistant.)

125 g

Water

Preparation

1. Mix all the ingredients .(except the chocolate chips) until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

2. Add the baking-resistant chocolate chips and gently fold them into the batter so as not to break or dissolving them.

3. Divide the batter into cookie-size portions and place them on a tray.

4. Bake in a preheated oven at
160 ºC for 30 minutes, approximately.

Ingredients
Starch (Corn, Potato) (44%), Sugar, Rice Flour (19%), Potato Protein, Thickeners (Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum), Salt, Raising Agent(s) (Disodium diphosphate, Sodium Carbonates), Dextrose, Emulsifier(s) (Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, Mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Flavouring, Carob flour, Antioxidant (Citric Acid), Enzyme (Amylase) .
Preparation Suggestion: Beat 1000g of the Gluten-Free Cookie Premix, 125g of water and 260g of vegetable margarine (preferably white, butter-flavored, coloring-free margarine) together. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add 150g of baking-resistant chocolate chips and gently fold them into the batter so as not to break them. Place on a tray in small portions. Bake at 160°C for approx. 30 minutes.
