Good, nice, and cheap

The bottle lasts for two months if taken daily, the capsules aren't the big ones, and it's super effective. You sweat like crazy and have more energy during workouts than if you were being chased, haha.

Xtreme L-Carnitine

This is a very good carnitine, in tartrate form, offering the best possible absorption of this amino acid. I suggest taking this supplement with a meal rich in choline (eggs, etc.) or combining it with another choline-containing supplement.

Good

I was very skeptical, especially about the smell, given some of the reviews. I have to say it's very bearable. Taking a dosage of 2 to 4 times a day, I can definitely feel it and, more importantly, see it in the results. I'm taking it in conjunction with a high-protein diet, CLA, and high-intensity training.
