Recommended Daily Portion: Take 1 serving before breakfast, 1 mid-morning and 1 mid-afternoon. To prepare one serving, add 1 heaping scoop (20g) to 1 glass of water. Vary the amount of liquid according to desired taste and texture. Drink one more glass of water to optimise the effect. Due to the rapid action of the Konjac fibre, drink immediately after preparing one serving to avoid the formation of lumps.
