For me, it wasn't as effective as the collagen powder. I bought it thinking it would be more effective for cartilage, but I only took one bottle. Maybe if I used it more continuously, I could see better results, but I prefer the collagen powder I already consume from Prozis.

I felt some result.

I've been taking it for 3 months because I've been experiencing some knee pain. After this time, I've felt some improvement, but nothing very significant. I'll continue taking it a little longer to see if the results improve.
