If you know how to prepare a typical instant drink, there isn’t much more you need to know to prepare your favorite instant coffee-protein beverage. One thing though: make sure the water you use isn’t too warm! Any temperature up to 60-70ºC is fine, so don’t let it boil.

Ingredients

WHEY Protein Concentrate (contains Emulsifier (Lecithins)) (89%), Instant Coffee (7.5%), Decaffeinated Coffee, Palm Oil-Based Powder (MILK), Natural Flavouring, Salt, Sweetener (Sucralose) .

May contain traces of soya, egg and gluten.

Recommended Daily Serving Take up to 2 servings a day. Instructions: To prepare one serving, warm up 200mL of water at 800W for 60 seconds until it reaches 60-70°C. Do not allow the water to boil! Add 3 scoops (40g) of powder and stir with a spoon until all lumps have been dissolved. Do not heat up the prepared product in the microwave. Scoop inside container. Other Suggestions: Cold: Add cold water and stir. You can also mix with a shaker, if you prefer. With ice: Add ice to the water and blend.

This Protein Latte really surprised me in a positive way! It dissolves super well in fresh water (no lumps or strange texture) and the flavor is delicious — smooth, with that creamy coffee touch, without being too sweet or artificial. It's great to drink mid-morning or mid-afternoon, especially when you don't feel like a hot drink. And being high in protein, it also helps keep hunger under control. It's already part of my routine!
