Ingredients
WHEY Protein Concentrate (93%) (contains Emulsifier (Lecithins)), Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder (contains Acidity Regulator (Potassium Carbonates)), Natural Flavourings, Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides from Stevia) .
May contain traces of soya, egg and gluten.
Instructions: Take up to 4 servings a day. To prepare 1 serving, add 3 scoops (30g) of powder to 300mL of water or any beverage you prefer. Adjust the amount of liquid to achieve desired flavour and consistency. To make it richer and more intense, use 250mL of water. To soften the flavour, use 350-400mL of water. Shake for about 5 seconds. Scoop inside container.
With sweetener. Store tightly sealed in the original packaging in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight. This product should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

I’m VERY picky about protein powders and this one is so good. No fake vanilla flavor, just the hint of real vanilla. Great mixed with yogurt or on its own
