Wow!

I bought maltodextrin because I started doing weight training a while ago and was looking for something to give me a little more energy. I have to say, I thought I'd feel a boost, but you don't really feel it, but during your workout you can feel that you have something extra that gives you energy! I totally approve! Plus, they dissolve really well, which is a plus (they take a while, but just shake them a little and they dissolve!).
