Ingredients
MILK Proteins (58%) (contains Emulsifier (Lecithins)), Whole OAT Powder (19%), EGG white powder, Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder (contains Acidity Regulator (Potassium Carbonates)), Raising Agent (Sodium Carbonates), Medium-Chain Triglyceride-Based Preparation (Medium Chain Triglycerides, Maltodextrin, Modified Starch, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide) Emulsifier (Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids)), Flavourings, EGG Yolk Powder, Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Sweetener (Sucralose) .

Suggested Use: In a bowl, mix 2 scoops (25g) with 70mL of water. Pour the mixture into a greased pan and cook over medium heat. Wait 1–2 minutes and flip the pancake. Cook both sides until golden brown. For a more intense flavour, substitute water with milk or a vegetable drink. Scoop inside container.

I was skeptical and convinced it wouldn't be much different from regular flours. A fabulous discovery, however. They puff up incredibly and have a wonderful texture. I got the banana flavor, and the aroma fills the whole house! Excellent!
