1. Mix all ingredients with a mixer for 3 minutes, at slow speed, using a paddle attachment.

2. Mix for another 5 minutes at moderate speed.

3. Shape the dough and place it on a tray (you can use a pastry bag to facilitate its handling).

4. Divide into 110 g portions and shape them as preferred.

5. Let it rise for 25 minutes in a warm and moist environment.

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ºC for 20 minutes.

(For an even more authentic flavor, use butter-flavored vegetable margarine.)

For the best results, let the dough rise in the oven (30º C) with a pot of hot water (500 mL). Bring the water to a boil and then place it in the oven. If the water is boiling, the oven does not need to be on.

Preparation Suggestion: Beat 1000g of the Gluten-Free Hot Dog & Hamburger Premix, 100g of margarine, 25g of sugar, 50g of egg, 35g of yeast (previously dissolved in water) and 900g of water together. Beat all the ingredients at slow speed for about 3 minutes, and then at moderate speed for 5 minutes using the paddle attachment. The use of a pastry bag to shape the batter is recommended so as to facilitate its handling. Divide into portions of approx. 110g, shape them to taste and allow them to rise for about 25 minutes in a warm, moist environment. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 20 minutes. Please note: For an even more authentic flavour, we recommend using butter-flavoured vegetable margarine.
