400 g Prozis Zero Brownie
Premix

100 g unsalted butter

150 mL water

3 cups Prozis Dark Chocolate Drops

Mix the Zero Brownie Premix with the unsalted butter.

Add the water and mix until you obtain a homogeneous batter.

Fold in the Prozis Dark Chocolate Drops - Zero Added Sugars.

Bake at 180ºC for 18 minutes for moist brownies or for 21 minutes if you prefer denser ones.

This is the best addition to ANY dessert or sweet healthy treat you can cook!

So this drops are amazing because not only do they taste delicious, like proper chocolate, no weird after taste or anything. The texture is tough enough that they crack pleasantly, they also melt without burning when you use them as toppings.

Nuggets that last

These chocolate chips are great as a topping; they have a very mild flavor, not strong at all, even though they're dark chocolate. I always put them on top of pancakes or use them to make chocolate muffins.
