Buen suplemento para energía y enfoque

He estado usando Acetyl L-Carnitine por un tiempo y me ha parecido un buen complemento, especialmente antes de entrenar. Se siente un ligero aumento en la energía y en el enfoque mental, lo cual ayuda bastante en sesiones de gimnasio o días pesados. No es un producto milagroso para quemar grasa por sí solo, pero combinado con entrenamiento y buena alimentación sí aporta. Las cápsulas son fáciles de tomar y no he tenido efectos secundarios. En general, lo recomendaría para quienes buscan un extra de energía y apoyo en su rutina.

Good supplement

I've been using it, and it seems I do have more energy during the day and during workouts. I'm now waiting to see after a month of use if my metabolism speeds up and fat burning becomes more efficient. And the fact that it's caffeine-free is a plus.

The dosage is perfect (500 mg), and the effect is amazing after just 20 minutes. I combine one capsule in the morning, 1/2 hour before breakfast, with Bodyraise Liquid L-Carnitine, taken 40 minutes before my workout, and the results are AMAZING... veins visible everywhere!
