To be honest, I'm neither a nutritionist nor an expert on the subject, but I can only say that from my experience, this is definitely the best choice in terms of taste, post-dose sensation, and results. I've tried regular whey and the difference is huge, both in taste and in dosage. In this case, it's so good that it even satisfies the craving for sweets. Honestly, it's even better than non-hydrolyzed isolate.
