WHEY Protein Isolate (contains Emulsifier (Lecithins (SOYA)) (100%) .

May contain traces of soya, egg and gluten.

Instructions: Take up to 4 servings a day. To prepare 1 serving, add 2 scoops (25g) of powder to 250mL of water. Adjust the amount of liquid to achieve desired flavour and consistency. For an intense flavour, add 200-250mL of water. For a milder flavour, add 250-300mL of water. Shake for about 5 seconds. Scoop inside container.

This product should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store tightly sealed in the original packaging in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.

I ordered the small pack for each of the flavours and have been buying the hazelnut-chocolate since. Super thin texture, nice taste and is tasty even with water (which is how I have it to reduce calorie intake). I would 100% recommend.

It's meant to continue!

I had already ordered 1kg, so I still have the same opinion. I love the cappuccino flavor and I really feel the difference in the quality of this whey. I recommend it 100%! PS: I thought it would be a giant 2kg package, but it's two 1kg packages, which is easier to pack.
