Fitness Recipe: Lemon Cream Pie Protein Snack
- 150 ml water
- 110 g cottage cheese
- 2-3 tsp lemon zest
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 scoop whey protein (vanilla)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- Put everything into a blender and blend until a creamy consistency is reached.
- Top with crushed protein wafers and enjoy!
