Fitness Recipe: Valentine’s Protein Waffles
2 egg whites
½ cup whole oats
2 scoops whey protein (natural)
3 tbsp non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp apple juice
- In a blender, add all the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
- Ladle the batter into a preheated waffle iron and cook the waffles until golden and crisp.
- Top with raspberries, pomegranate seeds and a bit more apple juice, and serve immediately.
