Training

Train for short and medium time periods, on high intensity.
Nutrition
Make sure to always have some nutritious snacks with you, as well as the right drinks. If possible, use a backpack with fluids and a few provisions like energy bars and gels.
Supplementation
To make sure you have enough energy and stay hydrated, use energy bars and gels. Also choose sports drinks, rich in carbs and mineral salts, in case you will be exercising for over 1 hour.
