1. What are the ProzisPoints?
ProzisPoints are points you earn when buying in our store. Each product has a different amount of ProzisPoints associated. You can see them on the product's detail page, just below the "ADD TO CART" button.
2. What are the ProzisPoints used for?
You can exchange ProzisPoints previously saved for offers or keep saving them for future use.
3. How can I use my ProzisPoints?
During the checkout process, you will see a page where you can add offers to your shopping cart. You can also skip that step and save them for future use.
4. I have ordered some products but my ProzisPoints are not available.
The ProzisPoints you have earned with your order will only be available after the order has been invoiced. You'll receive the invoice in your e-mail account after we have payment confirmed.
5. How can I exchange my ProzisPoints for offers?
If you have remaining ProzisPoints in your account you may exchange them for offers before placing your order. The selected offers will be added to your Shopping Cart. If you remove the offers from your Shopping Cart before placing your order your ProzisPoints will be restored.
6. Can I save my ProzisPoints and use them later?
Of course. When finishing your order, you will have to choose what to do with your remaining ProzisPoints. If you choose to save them, you will be able to use them in your following order.
7. Where can I see the amount of ProzisPoints I can earn?
All the information regarding your ProzisPoints may be found on your 'MyProzis' page or 'My Account'. You must be logged in.
8. How much pounds are the ProzisPoint worth?
Each ProzisPoint is worth USD 0.0100.
9. Do I earn the same amount of ProzisPoints with every product?
No, you do not. Try to choose those products offering more ProzisPoints. They are marked with the following symbol:
