ProzisPoints are the points you earn when buying. |

2. What are the ProzisPoints used for?
ProzisPoints can be used for:
 Do not pay the delivery costs or reduce their cost.
Change them for offers.
Save them.

3. How can I use my ProzisPoints?
First of all, your ProzisPoints will automatically be used for reducing your delivery costs.
E.g: You have an “Extreme Cut Energy” on your shopping trolley, it costs £19.52 and it gives you 200 ProzisPoints. The delivery costs are £5.82€. Taking into account that 1 ProzisPoint is worth about £0.01€, you will be made a discount of £2.00€ on you delivery costs. Therefore, you will only pay £3.82€ for your delivery costs. |

4. I have ordered some products but my ProzisPoints are not available.
The ProzisPoints you are given on each order, will only be available after the product has been invoiced.
If you have used bank transfer, PayPal or Visa, it will be invoiced one working day after it has been delivered.
In case you have decided to pay cash on delivery, it will be invoiced when the payment is received. This may take up to 10 working days. |

5. How can I change my ProzisPoints for offers?
If there are ProzisPoints left after they have been used for reducing delivery costs, you will be free to change them for offers before finishing your order. If you do this, you will enter a section of our store where you may see a listing of all of our offers and their cost in Prozispoints. The selected offers will be added to your shopping trolley.
You can always take the offers off the shopping trolley and have your ProzisPoints back, as long as you do not finish your order. |

6. Can I save my ProzisPoints and use them later?
Of course. When finishing your order, you will be asked to save them or use them. If you save them, you will be able to use them for reducing your delivery costs or changing them for offers with your next order. |

7. Where can I see the amount of ProzisPoints I can earn?
Just bellow your shopping trolley, on the column on the right, there is a box called “ProzisPoints”. You may find there all the information regarding your ProzisPoints: how they are being used and how many you will have at the end of your order. |

8. How many pounds are the ProzisPoint worth?
1 ProzisPoint is worth about £0.01€. |

9. Do I earn the same amount of ProzisPoints with every product?
No, you do not. Try to choose those products offering more ProzisPoints.
