By using this website, you agree to the terms and conditions of use, which may be updated from time to time. You are advised to visit this page regularly, in order to keep up-to-date with any alterations made to the Conditions of Use.

Access to this website is permitted in temporary form, and we reserve the right to remove or alter any service, without prior notice. We do not take responsibility if, for any reason, this website is not available during a certain period of time. Occasionally, we may restrict access to some areas of this website.

PROZIS does not take responsibility for loss or damage caused to any person, as a result of the use of any information contained in the website.

We have a responsibility and commitment at PROZIS, to ensuring the security of our website and the personal data of our customers and visitors.

What information do we collect?
We collect your name, telephone number, postal address, e-mail and age, for use in marketing campaigns, prize draws and newsletters. Also, when you make a purchase via our website, we also collect information on the delivery address and payment details.

AWhen your order is processed, it is possible that your data, such as address and postcode, may be passed on to third parties for the purposes of preventing and detecting fraud.

What are Cookies, and what are they used for?
A Cookie is a small program sent by your computer, which is stored on your hard drive.
If you have created an account on our website, your computer will set up a cookie, so that you can be automatically identified every time you visit the website.
Cookies are used to enable our system to follow your steps during an online shopping session. If your computer does not accept the use of cookies, you will not be able to use this website.

Updating your data
If you wish to check the data you have submitted to PROZIS, you can do so by e-mail, or by contacting customer support. You will be asked for proof of identity before we give out any information. This proof may be your e-mail, or the password you use to enter the website. You should keep this information safe, as you will be responsible if an order is placed or an action taken using your account.
We recommend that you do not store your password in your browser, as another person with access to your computer could use your personal information.

PROZIS uses one of the most secure online ordering systems available, and is constantly improving its software, in order to offer the highest level of security possible, to its members.
We use a server certificate - also known as a digital certificate - which guarantees our identity, as well as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption of data transmission.


 

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENTS

All the intellectual property rights to the software and content available through this website belong to PROZIS, and are licensed and protected by laws and global treaties. All rights are reserved to PROZIS and its suppliers.
The contents of this website may be stored, printed or otherwise presented for your personal use only.
Publication, manipulation, distribution or reproduction, in any format, of any content contained in this website, is forbidden, as is its linking to any business or company.


 

4. DELIVERIES

PROZIS dispatches orders worldwide, with a delivery period of 24 to 48 hours, depending on the country of destination.
The transport companies with which we have agreements make deliveries from Mondays to Fridays, 8 am to 7 pm, at any address you wish.

In the case of United Kingdom and Ireland, deliveries are made on the following working day, for orders placed not later than 2.30 pm. Except for areas extremely far away from the courier distribution center. In that case, the delivery will take 48 hours.

The delivery times are indicative, and are therefore considered valid when there is no physical or structural impediment to delivery, such as: incorrect delivery address or forces beyond our control.

Track my order
When you place an order, you will receive a code via your e-mail that will enable you to locate the order on the website of your chosen transporter.
If you are unable to locate your order, please contact us via e-mail info@prozis.com.

Difficulties making the delivery
If the transport company is unable to make the delivery, it will try again on the following day, or contact you to arrange a new delivery time.

Resending returned orders
When an order is returned for reasons which are the customer's responsibility, and the customer wishes to have it resent, a processing fee of €5.00 is payable. The same applies for a new order.
This fee will be paid by bank transfer, and proof of payment sent to e-mail info@prozis.com, together with the number of the returned order.


 

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment methods
PROZIS gives you the following payment options: Credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro), Paypal and Cash-on-delivery.
Please access the website www.paypal.com for more information on payments using PayPal.
Orders paid by cash-on-delivery, heavier than 15 kilos, cannot be sent by plane -express delivery- and delivery may take several days. With this payment method you can only order products up to 500 Euros.

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate in force.

Credit card check
Credit card users will be subject to validation and authorization of their credit card by the issuer. If the credit card is refused, you will be informed immediately by our system in the final stage of placing your order.
While your order is being validated, it is possible that your data, such as address and post code, may be passed on to third parties, for verification of security alerts and for the purpose of preventing and detecting fraud.
Even if you data is passed on to third parties, it will be kept secure.

PROZIS works with VISA, to offer you a more secure shopping experience, when using a credit card online.


 

6. CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

General Conditions
You may cancel an order while it is still pending, i.e. if it has not yet been packaged or left our warehouse. To cancel an order, you must:

Type in your personal bank account number. Click on'see my account' in the Login window, and you will see a summary of your account. At the top of the screen you will be able to access your recent orders. If the order you wish to cancel is marked pending, a 'cancel' button will be available on the order line. Click on this button to cancel the order.
If you have already paid for the order, you will be refunded within five days.

If you have already received the order, but there is a problem with it, or you are not satisfied for some reason, you may return it within 14 days from receipt of the order. Returns will only be accepted of products which are new and complete, and have not been used by the client.

If you wish to return or exchange a product, our delivery service will pick up the product(s) at the address indicated by the client. For this, please send us an e-mail with the order number, description or reference number of the product you wish to return, address, and date of collection. This service is available from Monday to Friday, and it is not possible to schedule a specific time, only a date.
If you return a product because you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, the cost of collection will be discounted from the value of the refund.

Exchanging products
We will exchange products, provided they are new and do not show signs that they have been used. Follow the instructions above.
If for some reason we cannot exchange a particular product, you will be refunded the value of the item.
If you wish to exchange a product because you have changed your mind, the cost of sending the new product will be paid by you, the customer.

Refund method
PROZIS will do everything possible to refund the client as quickly as possible, within 14 days of the arrival of the returned product at our warehouse.

  • If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the same credit card, and will appear on your next bank statement.
  • If you paid by Paypal, you will be refunded to your Paypal account, and the funds will be available immediately.
  • If you paid by cash-on-delivery or bank transfer, you will be asked for your bank data (NIB and SWIFT) and the refund will be made by bank transfer.

Refund of the shipping costs
We will refund transport costs orders which are returned reasons that are the responsibility of Prozis. Example: defective products or product exchanges.
We advise you that we do not refund transport costs if, in an order for multiple products, only one is defective.

When an order is returned to us the client must bear the costs involved when responsible for this situation.
If it's a prepaid order then the return costs will be subtracted from the amount to be refunded. If it is not prepaid you will be asked to make a bank transfer of return costs when a new order is made.


 

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take all the necessary steps to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices of products shown on the website are correct. However, we reserve the right to refuse an order if the product information was incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.

An order may also be refused for the following reasons:

  • The product is not in stock.
  • We are unable to obtain authorization for payment.
  • An order is fraudulent.

If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you immediately.

We do everything possible to keep your order and payment data secure. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party manages to obtain unauthorized access to any data you have provided when accessing or ordering from our website.

PROZIS may alter its prices at any time, without prior notice. All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate in force.
