This shipping company grants a 24 hour delivery service for every order placed before 12:00, except in those areas too far away from delivery centers. In this case, delivery is made within 48 hours.
DPD
This shipping company delivers orders placed before 12:00 in 3 or 4 business days.
ATTENTION: Carriers will only delivery on working days. You cannot select a specific delivery time.
Delivery times are indicative, and are therefore considered valid when there is no physical or structural impediment to delivery, such as: incorrect delivery address or forces beyond our control.
DELIVERY METHOD
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a carrier tracking number by email (e.g. 1z5f34660441347217). You can use this number to track your order.
Your order will be delivered by a carrier to the indicated address.
If your products are not delivered within the deadline or if there is a problem, please contact us immediately.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are automatically calculated by our system when you're making your order. You must be a registered customer.
Shipping costs depend on:
- The weight of the package ordered;
- The delivery address;
- The order's subtotal value (you always have at least one free delivery service for orders above £39.99).
The shipping costs are updated as you add items to the shopping cart.
