L-Leucine, L-Glutamine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Citruline Malate, Flavourings, Citric Acid, Sweeteners (Acesulfame-K, Sucralose),Color (Red Beet Powder),Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCL).
Directions: As dietary supplement, stir 1/2 scoop (6 grams) in 225 mL (7.5 oz.) of cold water and have it before working out. Take one (1) serving (12 grams) with 450 mL of water immediately after your workout.
