Returns and Exchanges
1. General Conditions
You may cancel your order if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
To do this, access your personal account by clicking on "see my account" in the Login window. You will see a summary of your account. At the top of the screen, you can access your recent orders. If the order you wish to cancel is pending, click on the "cancel" button next to the item you wish to cancel.
If you have already recieved your order and find there is a problem or you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return the order within 14 days of reception.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, our delivery service will pick up the product(s) at the address indicated by the client. For this, please send us an e-mail with the order number, description or reference number of the product you wish to return, address, and date of collection. This service is available from Monday to Friday, and it is not possible to schedule a specific time, only a date.
If you return a product because you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, the cost of collection will be discounted from the value of the refund.
Incomplete, damaged or used goods will not be accepted for return.
2. Exchanges
We only return or exchange products in accordance with the general conditions. If, for any reason, we can not replace an item we will gladly refund you. If you decide to exchange a product because you changed your mind, the shipping costs are charged to you.
3. Refund Methods
Prozis will do its best to refund the client as quickly as possible. Refunds will be processed 15 days from the date of receipt.
- Credit card payments - refund will be made directly to the credit card and can be verified on the very next statement.
- Pay Pal payments - refund will be made directly to your Pay Pal account and will be immediately available.
- Cash on Delivery or Bank transfer payments – we will need your bank account data (IBAN and SWIFT) so the refund may be transferred to your account.
4. Shipping Refund
Shipping refunds will only be accepted for damaged or returned products. If your order is of more than one item and only one of the items is damaged shipping refunds will not be applied.
