Directions: Mix 1 portion (75 g) in 6-8 dL (600-800 mL) of water. To carboload: 1 portion in 6 dL (600 mL) of water. Prolonged exercise: Start to carboload 3 days before competition. Drink 2 portions of the product, in between meals, during the day. Remain on your normal diet, no overeating is required. Team Sports: Drink 1 portion of the product the day before the match. 1 portion is equivalent to approximately 3 portions of cooked pasta. During exercise, as a sports drink: 1 portion mixed in 8-10 dl (800-1000 mL) of water. Long exercise sessions: 1 portion mixed in 8 dL of water to be consumed within one hour of the activity. Team Sports: Drink 1 portion mixed in 10 dL (1000 mL) during match Recovery: 1 portion mixed in 6 dL (600 mL) of water or milk, directly after exercise.
